Our pricing varies; it depends on the keywords for which you would like to show up in the search engines. Although we have had cases where we have managed to get websites on the first page in about a month, most projects take up to 6 months to complete. If you contact us for a quote letting us know your website domain and desired keywords, we can send you a quote within 24 hours. The campaign includes:

Website Audit
In website audit, we analyze the client’s website and give suggestions regarding improving the website usability, website accessibility and user engagement. We also analyze the client’s website traffic, determine high search volume keywords for the client’s products/services, establish KPIs (key performance indicators), objectives, and average traffic.

Competitor analyses
In competitor analyses we analyze the client’s leading competitors and their strengths to determine a way to improve client’s website.

Keyword Research
Research keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms.

On-Page Optimization
In on-page optimization we modify title tags, meta tags, contents, and HTML code, and other on-page factors of client’s website to make it relevant to search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) for targeted keywords. From time to time we may re-modify title tags, meta tags, contents, and HTML code, and other on-page factors of client’s website as we monitor your site’s performance and determine ways to continue tweaking and improving your website.

HTML Markup Optimization
Occasionally, web designers overlook tagging all the images on your site with “alt” or “title” tags, or fail to use header tags (e.g. h1, h2) for headlines or sub headlines. We examine your site to make sure all the small details are taken care of. In case you have dynamically generated pages, you may have to give this task to your programmer, but we would write up a report with a list of all the changes he/she would have to make. Any expenses incurred by you for programming are your responsibility. In 90% of cases, we can do the work ourselves.

URL Optimization
In Website URL Optimization, we make sure all your file(s) are named with keyword friendly names, in folder(s) that are keyword friendly. In case you have dynamically generated pages, you may have to give this task to your programmer, but we would write up a report with a list of all the changes he/she would have to make. Any expenses incurred by you for programming are your responsibility. In 90% of cases, we can do the work ourselves.

Link Building
In link building we obtain “back links” from other websites and directories in order to generate link popularity. We also manually submit your site to related directories.

Landing Pages

In landing pages, we create pages that focus on specific keyword phrases in their title, meta tags, contents, and other factors, to increase your website’s traffic.

Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics Setup
In Google Analytics setup, we will set you up on Google Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics, so we can review your traffic and performance on an ongoing basis. You would also be able to access your Google account to see all things related to your site in Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics.

SiteMap Creation & Maintenance
In sitemap creation we will create and maintain all your sitemaps.

SEO Reports
Create positioning reports for main site and any associated pages showing rankings in the major search engines and under which keywords. We continuously monitor the effectiveness of our SEO Campaign and send you SEO reports on a regular basis.

In customer service, you can call or email IOptimizeSites.com LLC and its principal Richard Gabela will make his best effort to respond to your call or email in the same business day. If the matter is not urgent and requires research, Richard Gabela will make his best effort to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

SEO Consulting
I will make myself available by phone 7 days a week, for as long as you want to talk to me about SEO. If you need me to speak with your web designer to outline the most SEO friendly strategies, and best practices, I will spend as much time on the phone as you need me to. I can also meet one-time with you or your designer in person at no additional cost. If you need additional in-person meetings, you agree to pay for my transportation, and pay me $200 per hour of in-person consulting. If I am in the neighborhood anyway, I can usually waive the transportation fee.
